This page explains how your portrait will be delivered, what to expect once your order is complete, and what happens in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery.

Every piece is carefully packaged and posted with the same care that goes into creating it.

Shipping Information

UK Delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

This service includes:

- Next working day delivery by 1pm

- Full tracking

- Signature and photo confirmation on delivery

- Secure handling and compensation cover

UK shipping cost: £10.25
(This will always be shown clearly at checkout.)

Your portrait will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

If your portrait is intended as a gift for a specific date, feel free to mention it when ordering — I’m always happy to advise on timing.

International Orders

International delivery is currently offered on a case-by-case basis.

If you’re outside the UK and would like to commission a portrait, please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm availability, delivery options, and shipping costs.

Turnaround & Dispatch

Each portrait is created to order, so dispatch timing depends on current commission slots.

Once your artwork is complete and approved, it will be posted promptly using the delivery method above.

Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order is on its way.

Commission a Pet Portrait

Returns & Refunds

Because each portrait is a custom, made-to-order artwork, returns are handled a little differently from standard retail items.

Before dispatch, you’ll receive an emailed preview of the finished portrait. This allows you to confirm you’re happy with the final artwork before it is shipped.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

- The artwork is damaged in transit

- The artwork is lost during delivery

In these cases:

- Evidence will be required (such as photos of damage or delivery confirmation)

- The artwork may need to be returned where applicable

- Once verified, a full refund will be processed

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds cannot be offered if:

- You change your mind after approving the final portrait

- The issue relates to personal preference once the artwork has been agreed

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided at checkout

This policy is in place to ensure fairness while respecting the time and care involved in creating each original portrait.
