On this page you'll find everything you need to know about pet portrait delivery, dispatch times and returns, so you know exactly what to expect once your artwork is complete.
UK delivery
Every hand-drawn pet portrait is securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
All UK commissions are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, providing a fast, secure and fully tracked service.

Once your portrait has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details by email so you can follow its journey.
Delivery cost
UK pet portrait delivery is included within the cost of every portrait.
There are no additional delivery charges at checkout for UK orders.
International orders
If you're ordering from outside the UK, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
International commissions are currently arranged individually so I can advise on delivery options, estimated timescales and shipping costs before you place your order.
This helps ensure your portrait arrives safely wherever you are.
Turnaround & Dispatch
Every hand-drawn pet portrait is created to order, so completion time depends on my current commission schedule.
Once your portrait has been completed, I'll email you a preview to make sure you're happy with the finished artwork before it's carefully packaged and dispatched.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive your Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow its journey.
If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas or another special occasion, please let me know when you get in touch. I'll always do my best to advise whether your preferred date is achievable.
Returns & Refunds
Every portrait is an original piece of commissioned artwork created specifically for you.
Because of this, returns and refunds are handled differently from standard retail purchases. Before your portrait is dispatched, you'll receive a preview of the finished artwork to confirm you're happy for it to be sent.
Returns & Refunds
A full refund or appropriate resolution will be offered if:
✔ Your artwork is damaged during delivery.
✔ Your artwork is lost in transit.
Where appropriate, photographs of the damage or other supporting information may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly.
As each portrait is made to order
Refunds can't normally be offered if:
• You change your mind after work has begun.
• You decide the portrait is no longer required.
• You're unhappy with something that was approved before dispatch.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details were provided when ordering.
Because every portrait is individually commissioned, returns are handled differently from standard online purchases.
If you have any concerns before your portrait is completed, please let me know. I'll always do my best to work with you to achieve a result you're delighted with.

As every portrait is created especially for you, returns aren't usually possible unless the artwork has been damaged or lost during delivery.
